Tip
This is a really tasty mince dish that you could serve with some additional steamed veggies or even chop additional zucchini or pumpkin when you chop your vegetables
Alternatively you could serve it with some potato wedges

Cooked this for dinner tonight - so quick and easy.
I added gravy granules with the vegetable stock (which I halved so not too salty) and used the steaming basket for the last 15 minutes of cooking to help it thicken up as per previous comments.

This is super easy and was loved by everyone in my family. I added extra cabbage as I had some leftover in the fridge. I didn’t use mushrooms as I didn’t have any. I used relish instead of tomato paste as I didn’t have tomato paste.

Very tasty. This has now been added to my "family favourite" list.
After reading the reviews, I added 2 heaped tsp of Gravy Granules when I added the Vege Stock and cooked the last 15 mins with the MC off, to thicken it up a little.
I did not have Capsicum but had half a Zucchini, so I peeled the skin off that and then blitzed it up with the other veges.
I also had some frozen Carrots rolling around in the back of the freezer, so added those at the end with the Peas and Corn. I'd say at the end it needed more than 1 min as the froze vege seemed to have dropped the temp. Maybe 4 or 5 mins to get it piping hot again.
As I was pressed for time, I cooked Macaroni in the microwave whilst the thermo was doing it's thing, and served with Baby Spinach. I had it all on the table in just over 30 mins.

Made this as an easy dinner. Had no capsicum, so used a couple of small beetroot instead (good for building blood - TCM). I think this would be very popular with families, especially with young kids. An easy all in one meal. Going to do leftovers tomorrow on a baked potato, with a dab of yoghurt.

Delicious! We have nearly once a week. Serve with rice or with cauliflower rice for a healthier option. I eliminate the onion and use fennel instead as I have fructose malabsorption. Potato or vegetable mash compliments well too.

Good recipe but mine turned out quite watery as I don't have celery handy; I freeze it. I don't know if this is what caused it to be watery but could be fixed with some Gravox or something. Love all the veg though as it hides it a little from the kids. Thanks again for sharing.

Thank you for this easy to follow recipe. I was a bit worried about how cooking mince would go in the thermo, but it was delicious.
For those wanting a more 'savoury' mince I left out the tinned tomatoes and tomato paste and instead I did the 2 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce. I also used beef stock instead of vege stock and it was delicious!!
Tasty dish, probably be even better tomorrow too.

Great flavours in this dish but I found I couldn't eat it as a savoury mince because the texture wasn't quite right for me. I did however use it to make baked rice and it was the BEST baked rice i've made so this will be my go to recipe from here on. Thanks so much for sharing
