Steamed Preserved Vegetables and Minced Pork
- 300 g minced pork
- 2 tbsp preserved vegetables
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 3 tsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp wine or cooking sherry

Recipe's preparation
Mix all ingredients together in TM bowl, 10 sec/reverse/speed 3 or until well combined.
Put mixture into long platter or flat bowl to spread out approx 1cm thickness.
Fill TM bowl to half way mark. Place bowl or platter into varoma.
Steam Varoma temp / 16 min / speed 4
Notes:
This will take longer to cook if the meat comes straight from the fridge and also if the meat is not spread out.
