If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Place Red Thai curry paste, coconut milk and 100g water cook 2mins/Varoma/Speed 1
2. Add coconut cream, cornflour, kaffir lime leaves, cherry tomatoes cook 6mins/100c/"Counter-clockwise operation" /"Gentle stir setting"
3. Add sugar,fish sauce, lime juice, pineapple 2mins/Varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" /"Gentle stir setting"
4. Add basil leaves,bbq chicken and 40g water 3mins/Varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" /"Gentle stir setting"
Garnish with coriander and serve with rice or egg noodles
