Very nice! It made 4 thermoserver-sized pancakes which was plenty to fill up my husband and I. I only had a red apple on hand so I used that, and I added a heaped half tsp to plain wholemeal flour to help the pancakes rise. Not overly sweet!

Very yum! I had a soaked and
Very yum! I had a soaked and dehydrated mix of buckwheat and flaxseeds so I milled 190g of that before adding the apple. Added 1tsp of cinnamon (I always add more cinnamon because its a great blood sugar balancer and cholesterol lowerer ) When I added the blueberries I noticed a large lonely browning banana so chopped that up and added as well. Delicious with plain yoghurt, tried a little maple syrup but it really didn't need it. Thanks for posting!!!
