Was so great. My husband isnt a fan of many thermomix meals but we both loved this one.

This was absolutely delicious.
I was worried the coconut cream was going to overpower the dish, but you couldn't taste it.
Loved it - Thankyou!
Sorry but the coconut cream
Sorry but the coconut cream in this recipe was weird, the flavour was all wrong. I may try again but use cream instead.
Very nice. The whole family
Very nice. The whole family loved it. I don't like chorizo so I added chicken and bacon and still very nice. We liked the different taste with the coconut cream in a pasta dish.
This was quick and easy.
This was quick and easy. Second meal we made in T5. Next time will try BCB version. Wasn't a huge fan of the coconut cream in this one, it overpowers the over flavours IMHO. In our house you can never have enough chorizo or cheese so would add more next time. Didn't slice chorizo, after grating parmesan we put in chorizo and did for 7 seconds on speed 6 and then set aside.

Easiest family meal!
with fussy kids this was an easy way to hide some veggies. Changed recipe a little, couldn't put mushrooms in so used a zucchini instead. Will definitely make this again on one of those nights with minimal time to spare.
Delicious! Used coriander
Delicious! Used coriander instead of basil as that's what I had. Added broccoli & zuchini half way though no.5 cooking time. Also used pepperoni instead of chorizo and crisped in frying pan and added at the end with cheese. I like it crispy and it reduces the oil by draining it on paper towel after frying. I like this version better than EDC recipe. Thankyou!
