These pancakes taste great and make you feel good knowing you are sneaking some oats into the kids breakfast without them suspecting a thing!

These are great, I make them with our boys at least once a week. I love that they are packed full of yummy goodness, and no extra sugar. We put sliced banana, strawberry or pear in them. Thanks for sharing the recipe!!

Very quick and easy to make as well as very filling. I made about 6 large pancakes out of the batch and added blueberries while cooking them. I will definately be making them again.

Well what can I say, I had these pancakes this morning and they are luscious! If they are not light and fluffy enough, add a half tsp more baking powder. Can also be nice served with crispy bacon and or a poached egg.
