If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add all ingredients and blend on speed 8 for 30 seconds
Rest for 15 minutes to allow baking powder to activate
Cook spoonfuls in a non stick pan until golden brown on both sides

Tip
You could add a step to mill the oats first for a smoother batter - Speed 8 for 5 seconds.
I had bananas in the frreezer so chopped them on speed 8 for 10 seconds before adding the rest of the ingredients.
While pancakes are cooking add strawberries to Thermomix and heat gently on 100 degrees, add a splash of balsamic vinegar and serve drizzled over pancakes with a spoonful of greek yoghurt.
