      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Delicious curry! Will definitely be making it again. We used 1kg of chicken and carnation evaporated milk in coconut flavour to lighten it up a bit. Next time will add veg like the comment above tmrc_emoticons.) Thanks for sharing tmrc_emoticons.)

We loved this dish! I tried it for the second time today and dissolved the arrowroot first this time! I used less of the hot spices to suit my taste. My hubby who loves his curries said 'this one is up there' with our other favourite curry recipes. Thanks Christine!

Enjoyed it thank you. Added sweet potato, broccoli and beans, as a one pot dinner - no rice. Will do again, maybe substitute lime juice instead of the wedges, as my husband isn't keen on 'zest'.

Thanks Belfis. Try making the curry powder yourself (if you're not already). It makes a massive difference to the depth of the dish. Your boys will love it tmrc_emoticons.)

This was a real winner in my house. My sometimes fussy boys gobbled it all up and wanted more. It has been added to our regular meal plans. So easy, so yummy. Love it.
