Really enjoyed this recipe. I did what a previous person had said to do. I prebaked for 10mins then let it rest whilst I made normal pizzas for the rest of the family. I then flipped it over, made the pizza and cooked it on top of a wire rack.

Absolutely amazing!! I flip the base after 10 mins to have some crunch on the top! Cool for another 8-10, then flip and add toppings and cook tmrc_emoticons.)

If you are on Keto or LCHF this is amazing and even if you are gluten free this would work. I added some grain free dukkah on the second time around and it was so tasty. For those counting carbs the base carbs for QUARTER a pizza base equals approx 4 carbs plus whatever you put on top.

This was delicious!! My boyfriend and I have just started keto/LCHF and were craving pizza, this hit the spot! I was a little worried when getting the dough out of the bowl but after it had been in the oven it was perfect! Will definately be making this many many more times.
