Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

1 portion(s)

  • 30 grams Spelt flakes or spelt flour
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (Optional)
  • 120 grams Almond milk
  • 1/2 portion banana
  • 3 tablespoons coconut yoghurt

Recipe's preparation

  1. If you are using spelt flakes place them in the bowl and mill 1-2 min/speed 9. If not just place all the ingredients minus the yoghurt into the bowl.


    Mix 5-20 sec/speed 5-6 until the mixture comes together nicely. 


    Heat a saucepan up, I used non stick but if you dont have a nonstick pan you can use some coconut butter for each pancake.


    Pour 1/4 cup of mixture in the pan and alow to cook until the bottom is brown when lifted. Flip and cook the other side, (This side wont need as long). Place them somewhere warm to stay warm. 


    Once all pancakes are cooked place the coconut yoghurt on top and decorate with any other topping you desire.

Tip

I put the rest of the banana, walnuts, goji berries and some raw chocolate on top of my pancakes for my extra toppings.
