Easy recipe that is perfect for lunch boxes. Adapted well to gluten free flour and less oil and cheese. One of the best zucchini slices I have eaten, thank you for the recipe.

I made this and it's delicious, a real winner with my 1 year old and 4 year old daughters. Very quick and easy to make. I added less oil because when I was pouring it in it just looked like a lot so I stopped after 60grams and it still looks and tastes great.  I also added some halved cherry tomotoes on top just to make it look a bit pretty. I might experiment adding some other veggies (carrot, capsicum, mushroom) . Thanks for a lovely recipe tmrc_emoticons.)
