Cottage Cheese Loaf - So yummy served warm with baby spinach leaves, tomato, salsa & sour cream! The vegemite adds a great flavour to the loaf (I don't like vegemite, but it definitely works well in this loaf!). I didn't add salt. Thanks for sharing!

  • This loaf was surprising good

    Submitted by JeffnJulie on 24. July 2015 - 13:49.

This loaf was surprising good and very easy to make.  We served it as the vegetarian option along with a roast and even some of the dedicated meat eaters tried and seemed to enjoy it.  I will definitely make this again. Thank you
