Italian Eggs

Omlette Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 20-30 grams olive oil
  • 250-300 grams steamed vegetables of your choice
  • 150-200 grams Tinned tomatoes
  • salt pepper and sugar to taste
  • 5-6 eggs
  • 70-100 grams grated parmesan chese

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop onion and garllic in bowl for 3 seconds/ speed 7

  2. Add oil and saute with measuring cup off for 3 minutes/100 degrees/ speed 2. Set aside


  3. Fill bowl with water - Need minimum of 500 grams. I dont boter cleaning the bowl out because we are only filling it to create steam for the varoma.


  4. Wet a piece of baking paper and ring out excess water. Lay on varoma tray.

  5. Spread onion and garlic on the paper and add your pre-steamed vegetables. Then add the tomato also. Season with salt pepper and sugar.

  6. Crack eggs on the tray as well making sur they ar well placed to cover the tray. Sprinkle the cheese on top.

  7. Pop varoma lid on and set for 25-30 minutes/varoma/speed 3. You my get a little condensation but you can pour it in the sink by tilting the varoma a little while the lid is still on most of the way.

Tip

for non vegetarian you could add some chicken or bacon. I saute the bacon with the nion and garlic.

You could also add some herbs of your choice. Basil is quite nice with it
