Mushroom Bhajee
- Small bunch of coriander (so you have about 1 tablespoon when chopped)
- 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon black mustard seeds
- 150 grams curry puree (see my other recipes)
- 1 tablespoon dried fenugreek
- Aromatic salt to taste (see my other recipes)
- 500 grams button mushrooms (halved if large)
- 1 teaspoon garam masala

Recipe's preparation
Place coriander in TM bowl and chop for 2 seconds on speed 7. Set aside
Heat oil for 3 minutes, Varoma, speed soft
Add poppy seeds, sesame seeds and mustard seeds and cook for 3 minutes, Varoma temperature speed 1
Add curry puree and cook for 3 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 1
Add coriander, garam masala, fenugreek, salt and mushrooms
Cook for 15 minutes, 100 degrees, reverse, speed soft
