      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

this recipe was converted from fiona mcleans recipe very low calorie i did use oilve oil as it gives better flavour than dry frying or sprays,344 calories for whole recipe so served with poached egg or some carbs would make great lunch ,also can add sour crean or natural yoghurt.

Easy to make.  Seems to be more an accompaniment rather than a main dish.  We found it to be a bit bland and a bit too wet (almost soup like) so we will need to modify this a bit to suit our tastes.  Good use of mushrooms.
