  • I used about 1.25L of water

    Submitted by HKB on 11. October 2015 - 19:24.

I used about 1.25L of water to cook the spinach.

Once that was done I put my rice basket into my TM server and poured the spinach and liquid into it. Drained off the spinach a little, then (still in the basket) put it into the jug and used a potato masher to strain out the rest of the liquid from the spinach. I put that aside and poured the rest of the liquid back into the jug ready for the pasta.

I tipped the spinach into the TM server.

I also removed the MC cup whilst cooking the pasta and put the rice basket ontop to stop splatter.

  • I found this pasta a bit too

    Submitted by Nikkiadb on 5. July 2013 - 15:53.

I found this pasta a bit too dry, could probably use a bit more EVO. recipe also doesn't state how much water to use. ..I think I probably should have used about 1.1l's but used less and then had to add some to cook the pasta. Another hint is to mill the parmesan prior to commencing cooking the rest of the meal.

Thank you, Lidia. I was wanting something interesting to make with spinach and you have inspired me! You don't tell us how much water, though - could you please specify?
