Delicious! And even better the next day (unlike some store bought gnocchi which seems to become the consistency of rock overnight!). I'll be making these again! Thanks for sharing!

Lovely easy recipe. I left out the breadcrumbs and instead added 50 g extra of flour (tipo 00), and they were delicious.  Thanks for a great adaptation for the Thermomix of a traditional family favourite.

  • This recipe was absolutely

This recipe was absolutely delicious, flavours were just yum!  The recipe doesn't state where to add the breadcrumbs (unless I am going a little blind  tmrc_emoticons.D ) so I just put them in when the flour and eggs went in.  I probably made mine too big as when I fried them some were still doughy in the middle and crispy on the outside.  But lesson learned and will be making these, albeit smaller, again and again.  Were delicious in just a tomato / vegetable sauce.
