Yes, it is a bit confusing the way it is written, but if you use your own commonsense the result was very good with a great consistency.
The recipe doesn't really
The recipe doesn't really make sense. Sound like you mix the bacon and pine nuts with the Parmesan? Then you mention putting the armesan in at the end, but the bacon and Pine nuts can't go in at the end. You say to add the wine twice.
And why is the whole thing posted under utensils? Sounds a great recipe I just don't understand how to make it
I have always wanted to try
I have always wanted to try risotto and now I have a TM it is the first thing I want to make - is the parmesan cheese neccesary or just for flavour? I am dairy free so will be leaving it out. Yum, can't wait - will get back with my results.
