Amazing recipe that is easily adapted to whatever you have on hand with vegetables or different sauces. Makes a lot and always find I have filling left over even when using three sheets of pastry. Taste is fantastic.

Delicious! I made these on Saturday and they were a hit with my friends. I had to use more pastry than the recipe called for but I still didn't use enough. I can't wait to make these again. They taste better than sausage rolls.

These are good but hubby
These are good but hubby could definitely tell the difference. I didn't tell him they were vegetarian, just asked his opinion and he said 'they taste strange'. That being said he still went back for more the next day, I might make without the apple next time.

These are delicious! My 13 year old has recently become a vegetarian so always on the lookout for recipes that everyone in the house can enjoy. My 10 yo loves them and can't believe they're not meat (& I haven't even mentioned they have apple in them as she HATES fruit). PS I didn't add breadcrumbs, but instead just put in 2 slices of wholegrain bread.

These were good! I didnt add the apple as Im not a fan of sweet with savoury. Next time I may also add a little grated cheddar as i felt they needed a little extra saltiness.

I made this dish as my daughter is vegetarian and since I first tried it I have made these a number of times, with loads of people loving them. I never tell anyone that they are not meat until after everyone has commented. Every single person has always been surprised that they are not meat, so I thought I should share with you all.
Great way to get my 9 year old daughters friends eatting with her without realising that they are eatting a vegetarian dish.
