Ingredients

2 portion(s)

sushi

  • 2 nori sheets
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 capsicum, red or green
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 coin ginger, sliced
  • 1tsp soy sauce
  • 1 bunch rocket or lettice
  • a few Parsley leaves
  • 1 tomato chopped

4 large eggs

Recipe's preparation

    ommlette
  1. line your veroma tray with wet baking paper i folded at side s to make square.

     

    put garlic,ginger,onion,parsley,chop 3 secs speed 6 scrape down

    add eggs and soy  and mix 4 seconds speed 5

     

    pour into tray and top with chopped tomato (seeds removed)and capsicum

     

    add 1 litre cold water to jug put veroma in place and cook for 15min/veroma/speed 2

     

    wait till ommlette is cold and assemble as photo look on internet  to seehow you do it but you just need bamboo mat as picture
