add onion and garlic,chilli.chop 3 sec sp 7/scrape down add 2tbs olive oil and cook 5mins/100/speed 2
add cumin,paprika and cook further 1min/100/speed 2
add rest of ingrediants cook 10mins/100/speed soft/reverse check if potato cooked adjust cooking time if needed

Yum!! Omitted the lentils and
Yum!! Omitted the lentils and substituted kidney beans for chick peas. Added an extra 5 mins cooking time. Bit of sour cream and fresh coriander on top. Will be adding to my favourites. Thank you!

Was delicious! I swapped lentils for corn (as I had no lentils) and also cooked a bit longer for the sweet potato. ( for us, dished by itself made 3 adult size servings at 397 cals/ serve). Thanks very much!

That was very yum and my incredibly fussy toddler gobbled it up! I did have to cook for half an hour and added water. I probably didnt cut the kumera up small enough. Thanks was awesome
