Does anyone have any tips or suggestions on how to make your own rice flour?

I placed the amount of rice I needed into the bowl and left on speed 9 for 2 minutes, however its still not fine enough to make shortbread with.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I had used just the 50grams that I needed to make the shortbread. I will try it again with more. Smile

How much rice did you use?  I find it works best with 100-200g of rice at a time, not less.
