Hi, I am new to this community and am still waiting on my TM, but I am very interested in eating raw. Have you got the TM book which has raw recipes? The website says it is only $5. Have you found any recipes since you posted this? Smile

Hello!

I run monthly raw food classes using my thermomix (although it's not necessary for my class participants to own one). You can check out my website www.rawseasons.com.au if you need some inspiration!!! Smile

I'm trying to go half raw if that counts?! I have a hungry meat obsessed husband and a dairy loving 1 year old which is making it hard! Just recently purchased Yuri Elkaim's book 'Eating for energy' and most of it is doable in the thermie Smile

On the raw food journey at the moment... but doing it by degrees. Green smoothies are a great first step and they are deliciously smooth and creamy out of the TM. Had a recent win making raw, raw brownies in the TM - YUM! Raw food recipes can be easily adapted for TM. As winter comes on, my next step is to see if I can make some yummy soups in the colder months using the TM to incorporate heat within raw food guidelines. Will start posting recipes on the TX Recipe Community soon! Good luck, your body will thank you.

I literally JUST purchased that one too! Another great one is "fit for life not fat for life by Harvey diamond, brilliant read if you're new to raw! Smile

Hi Kat_82,

I'm also new to experimenting with raw foods and new to thermomix. Just whipped up the Cookie Dough Bites in next to no time and they taste amazing! Give them a try with your family, I'd be surprised if they didn't like them! I'm trying a couple more raw recipes over the next couple days so will keep you posted!
