Nut, Dairy and Gluten Free Lara Bars

  • 150 grams Organic Dates
  • 50 grams Sunflower Kernels
  • 35 grams pepitas
  • 50 grams dried apples
  • 10 grams chia seeds
  • 15 grams dried blueberries

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into jug and blitz 90sec/Sp 7

     

  2. Use wet hands to press mixture into a paper lined slice tray. Place in fridge until set then cut into 24 pieces.

    yum yum and triple yum... reminds me of fruit bars... kids love them... I didn't have any dried blueberries so added dried cranberries... fansupertastic
