Have just made this... yum! Super easy recipe!

I substituted maple syrup for the honey. Also used 2 duck eggs and 1 chicken egg. Sprinkler slivered almonds on top for that little crunch. Served hot with butter 😋

Such an easy and tasty bread to make. I used up the almond meal left over from my almond milk which is not dehydrated so needed to bake for longer, but it still turned out really well. Thank you for such an easy recipie. Smile

Loved this banana bread, does taste healthier then normal banana breads.
I added chia seeds (a few tablespoons), although I think it would be best when the banana's are very ripe.
I would add walnuts next time.

Absolutely delicious banana bread. Added some chia seeds, sunflower seeds and walnuts to up the protein content a bit and used stevia powder instead of honey. I have it for breakfast and it lasts me until lunchtime. As with others the inside took forever to cook and the top burns if I don’t put foil on top. But other than that it’s perfect!

The bananas i used were overly rippen (brown and mushy) it must of helped keep this recipe moist having forgotten to add the coconut oil! 🙄

I have been making this ever since i got my thermomix last year- and today decided i had to log in to tell everyone just how amazing this recipe is!!!
if you have ripe enough banannas you can even leave out the honey if you want honey free for little ones.
I have started adding some linseeds and chia seeds along with some walnuts and mix it up a bit when i make it.
About to make a loaf for my friends son who is 4 as he loves it so much when he visits that he just requested it tmrc_emoticons.)

    Submitted by Sarejase on 11. May 2017 - 10:53.

The perfect banana bread that doesn't need to be altered. Adding walnuts or cinnamon is also good for a change though.
I didn't have enough almond meal with my last loaf so added 80g of coconut flour. It really dried out the mixture and I had to add a fair bit of almond milk. The loaf was ok but heavier and more grain texture. Note.... stock up on Almond Meal!!

    Submitted by Rebecca11 on 7. January 2017 - 19:52.

Best banana bread I have ever made and you wouldn't even know it's grain free! Made it twice and is consistantly perfect. I left out the honey as I used 3 large bananas, and the second time with slightly less ripe bananas added 1/2 teaspoon of natural ground stevia leaf to add a little more sweetness.

    Submitted by C-Bomb on 11. September 2016 - 14:47.

A great healthy alternative to traditional banana bread. Very moist. I used rice malt syrup instead of honey as I can't eat honey. Wasn't very sweet some I'm glad I used very ripe bananas or it wouldn't have been as nice. Would be sweeter with honey per the recipe. Will definetely bake again. Very easy and handy snack.

This was so easy to make and turned out beautifully. It was very fluffy and didn't really taste like it was made with almond meal. I also found the outside cooked quicker than the middle but I just popped some alfoil over it and turned down the temp a little and it came out perfect.
