Made a double batch, cooked for 18minutes to make it nice and thick, so yum! And the smell while it is cooking !!!! I also used 2 vanilla beans from my extract and blitzed all the ingredients together on speed 8 at the start (about 5 seconds)

So good. I left the salt out as my Husband doesn't like salted caramel. Cooked for an extra 3 minutes to make it super thick, then drizzled over a cake. Yummo!

Just divine. We love making the French crepes and spreading some of this delicious sauce over it with a squeeze of lime is just shudderingly good. Enjoyed by everyone. I always give a jar of this to a friend at work and she sends the jar back for a refill for when I'm making it next!

Mouth watering delicious! I made this as a double batch, with pouring cream (that's all I had in the fridge) and a little bit of rock salt (Probably only 2 pinches). It made about 400mls which was enough for my family of 5 for a week and do a small sample bottle for a friend. This is my quick and easy go to dessert treat. The. best. Caramel. Ever!

For the Christmas pudding, I left out the salt and added a quarter of a cup of brandy at the end of the cooking. It was delicious, and just like the expensive one I used to buy!
