Scrape down bowl & repeat if necessary.

Good recipe but did tweak it a little for our taste. I used malt vinegar (That what my Grandmother used to use) and added more mint for a stronger flavour. Thanks for the recipe.

Would use hot water if serving within the hour, and can definitely use a good bunch of mint 10+g/1 cup if you want a stronger sauce.
