    Submitted by Louise W on 13. September 2016 - 13:04.

Do you think these could work also with 500grm of Gluten Free flour ? My young son is also dairy /egg /soy /wheat allergic. He would love to eat some type of bread close to "real" bread. Fingers crossed.Thankyou tmrc_emoticons.)

I made these tonight. My family enjoyed them. I actually used my daughters milk formula (Neocate) as a substitute for milk powder. She is diary/soy/egg free and wanted to make a little bread roll that she could enjoy. No one could tell that I used this alternative. Thanks for the recipe. It gave me the confidence to try making allergy free bread for the first time. My daughter also had her very first taste of yummy fresh bread rolls.

    Submitted by Hihints on 17. December 2014 - 18:54.

I made 16 so slightly bigger and made them into knot rolls.  Just a little bit fancy so perfect for a dinner party.

also made a batch if really tiny rolls 32 that were a real hit at a party served with home made butter. Yum thanks for the recipe.
