Goji & Chia Super Balls

Ingredients

20 piece(s)

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Organic Oats
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons Cacao (or cocoa)
  • 1/2 cup Goji Berries
  • 1 heaped tablespoons each Sunflower Seeds & Pepitas
  • 8 chopped dates

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 Cup coconut oil

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all dry ingredients into Thermomix and mix on speed 5 for 10 seconds.

    Add wet ingredients and mix on speed 5 for approx 20 seconds or until well combined.

    Using wet hands, roll into balls and refridgerate.

    Can be stored in freezer.

  • I had trouble getting these

    I had trouble getting these to stick together enough to roll, so I put double dates, tbsp of honey and an extra tbsp of oil. They are delicious!
