Gluten Free Wraps

Ingredients

8 piece(s)

  • 170 g Dried broad beans
  • 120 g Potato flour/starch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 g Milk
  • 2 eggs

Recipe's preparation

    Batter
  1. Put broad beans in bowl and mill sp 9 60 sec


    Add salt and potato flour. Mix sp 5 10 sec


    Add eggs and milk. Mix sp 5 10 sec


    scrape bowl and repeat. 


     


    Pour into a separate bowl and leave to rest for at least 20 mins

  2. Cooking wraps
  3. Heat a frying pan over low heat.


    Spoon 2 large spoonfuls of batter into pan and spread over the base of the pan.


    cook for approx 1 min til sort of opaque then flip and cook the other side.


    remove from pan and place on a place and cover with al-foil


    repeat til all batter is used.

    I'm really not sure but I'm guessing cornflour or arrowroot/tapioca flour would work too

    Can I substitute the potato flour/starch for something else? My granddaughter can't eat potato, flour, nuts etc.

    can I use rice flour or maize?
