Mexican Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • ½ onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Pinch ground cumin
  • 300 g can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 30 g tomato paste
  • 2 tbs water
  • Dash Tabasco sauce

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place onion and garlic into TM bowl and chop for 5 sec on speed 7.

    Add 1 tbs oil and cumin and sauté for 1-2 minutes at 100° on speed 1.

    Add all remaining ingredients and cook for 5 min on 100° on speed 3 ( until mashed into a paste consistency).

     

    Can alter amount of Tabasco according to taste.

    Nice served with a dollop of sour cream

    Devine! Easy to make and used staples that I usually have in the pantry. Sour cream adds nicely to dip and served with corn chips it's completely moorish! Thanks for sharing, it's a great crowd pleaser.

    I made this last night and everyone loved it, and couldn't stop eating it! It goes really well with sour cream, and I also served it with guacamole from the EDC and plain corn chips tmrc_emoticons.) Delicious!
