IngredientsPlease enter the ingredients in the following order:
1 x Leek, washed and cut into chunks
1 x Garlic Clove
30 g olive oil
1 x l arge Carrot, cut into chunks
1 x Celery Stick, cut into chunks
½ x Zucchini, cut into chunks
½ Swede or Turnip, peeled, cut into chunks
100 g Soup Mix
500 g chicken stock
200 g water
6 x Skinless Chicken Drumsticks
Add carrot, celery, zucchini, swede or turnip and chop for 5 seconds on speed 5. Set aside.
Place leek and garlic into TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7. Add oil and sauté for 3 minutes at 100c on speed 1.
Add chopped vegies that you set aside and cook for 3 minutes at 100c on Reverse + speed 1.
Add chicken drumsticks (assemble around blades), soup mix, stock and water to TM bowl and cook for 30 minutes at 100c on Reverse + speed 1. (Check to make sure the chicken is cooked, depending on size of drumsticks you may need another 5 minutes).
Remove chicken legs from TM bowl. Allow to cool slightly then remove the meat off the bones. Roughly chop chicken meat and add back into soup. Season with salt and pepper and serve in Thermoserver.
