We loved this! I doubled the herbs and garlic and doubled the sauce. I did the prep in the thermie but browned meatballs in pan and cooked it all on stove top. Delicious and I will be cooking again 😊

This is amazing! My partner is a very fussy eater and it takes a lot to get him excited about what's in front of him. He loved this, he even asked if I cooked it lol. Thanks so much
My 12yo made these last night
My 12yo made these last night and they were so easy. She followed the recipe as describe and had to cook the meatballs for an extra 10min. Sauce was delicious. We made a double batch for freezing but will have these again tonight and have some for lunch today. I think this will be on her menu a few more times this year.

Great recipe! Absolutely loved it.
Enjoyed this recipe. I cooked
Enjoyed this recipe. I cooked the meatballs in a frypan and it was yum.
This is the best spaghetti
This is the best spaghetti and meatballs I have ever had! I baked the meatballs rather then steamed and added a little light cheese in with the veges. Delicious!!
Sauce was great but meatballs
Sauce was great but meatballs didn't cook properly. Size guide would have been good. Think they have to be made quite small to cook in this time. Think they are also nicer browned in fry pan after the veroma.
Meatballs an sauce really
Meatballs an sauce really delicious. I had to cook my meatballs or an extra 7 minutes so not sure if I made them too big or not.

This was really good to eat.
This was really good to eat. Meatballs took an extra 5 minutes. Pasta got a bit gluggy in the thermomix while waiting so in future I'd probably just cook it on the stove. It felt quite time consuming to prepare but it was worth it and I'd definitely make it again.
Awesome! Made these for my 2
Awesome! Made these for my 2 boys, and they loved them so much. Thanks

It's great to get the varoma
It's great to get the varoma out and make a meal as easy and as tasty as this one. Turned out perfect both times I've made it and the familly love it! It's their new favorite meal!
I didn't put the red wine in, but used a beef stock cube instead. I also had room in my fridge for the varoma so I placed the meatballs straight in to the varoma. Saved on washing up!

My kids loved this one. I found it to be a bit bland, next time I will be more generous with the herbs. Great one for hiding veggies.
Utterly yum

Loved this but I did change
Loved this but I did change zucchini to half a broccoli head and added a handful of parmesan cheese. Make sure you have small meatballs, ping pong/ table tennis ball size.
My family loved this recipe.

Loved this dish. A real hearty family dish with wonderful hidden veggies. And leftovers for the freezer. Wonderful.
A bit disappointed with this
A bit disappointed with this recipe the meatballs took a long time, I resorted to frying then finishing them off in the oven. They weren't big either.
EDIT: in saying that, the flavour was great when they were all cooked!
I made this dish tonight. I
I made this dish tonight. I halved the mixture as there are only 2 of us. I had plenty of meatballs left over to put in the freezer for another night. Will just have to make more sauce. I thought the meatballs were a bit bland but the sauce was delicious. I will definitely make it again but add more flavor to the meatballs.

Great recipe. I added more
Great recipe. I added more veggies and the meatballs came out great.
my family love this recipe!
my family love this recipe! I double or triple the meatball mix, bake them in the oven & then freeze in family size portions. when serving I reheat the meatballs in the varoma while the sauce is cooking. served with homemade fettucini, it's always a hit. my only advice is to ensure the meatballs are not too big. the first time I made it, I made them similar size to a small golfball, however we have found mini meat balls to be easier to eat & quicker to cook!
This is one of our favourite
This is one of our favourite recipes. I varoma my meatballs and fry the other half for my hisband as he prefers them fried. I love the fact it's got lots of vegetables in it!!

The first time that I
The first time that I attempted this, my husband and I didn't really enjoy the meatballs. Not sure what the problem was, but we thought they were not as nice as the sauce. The sauce is definitely a keeper in my house....this is now our favorite sauce for spaghetti! We just make it without the meatballs...can't seem to perfect meatballs in the varoma, so I just make up the sauce and add about 250g of cooked mince (I make it up in big batches and freeze them in serving size containers). I like to hide some extra veggies (I've used carrots, mushrooms, zucchini, and capsicum at various times) for my 3-year-old who thinks this "bisketti" is the best thing ever!
I made the meatballs and
I made the meatballs and sauce for dinner tonight - yummo !!! The whole family enjoyed them - Thank you
