DOT'S SWEET CHILLI CAPSICUM DIP

  • 300g red capsicum, roasted & skin removed & diced
  • 250g Brown Sugar.
  • 25g hot chilli sauce, (or use Rachel's chilli sauce recipe)
  • 80g Apple Cidar Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water

Recipe's preparation

    DOT'S SWEET CHILLI CAPSICUM DIP

  1. Place all ingredients into the TM bowl, Cook 20 mins Varoma Counter-clockwise operation speed 1, with MC off & rice basket on top to let out steam. When the sauce has reduced & thicken it is ready. Serve as shown over cream cheese with crackers.
