Tip

This is a favourite dessert in our house. I make variations of this recipe by changing the chocolate e.g. white chcolate, dark chocolate and works out perfect everytime.

Thank you for such an easy yummy recipe.  I never had gelatine sheets so added gelatine powder at the same time I added the chocolate and it set lovely. I found that it didn't need an hour in the freezer either mine was cooled and starting to set at 35 min. Yum.

A lovely light dessert. I have made this twice, both times using white chocolate. First time I used gelatine powder and the second time I used gelating sheets. Both worked well. I used this for a family dinner last week, loved by all. Thanks for sharing tmrc_emoticons.-)
