Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add the water to the TM bowl. Place the eggs into the TM basket and insert into the TM bowl. Soft boil the eggs for 9-11 minutes, Varoma, Speed 1. (For hard boiled 14 mins)

    So so easy. I tried 9 mins first and egg was a bit underdone. So I cooked others for another 2 mins and they were great!! 10-11mins is the way to go. Will try 10.30 mins next time 😃

    Perfect eggs every time!!! But I will try 10min next time, to try and get more runny yoke.  I don't like a runny white but maximum runny yoke working to find the perfect time, 11 is pretty good but will see...

    Im just wondering if you know how many eggs I could do at once. I cook around 10 eggs at once for the weeks breakfast. Obviously 10 won't fit in the basket. Could o use Veroma and would the time be the same?

    Please forgive my ignorance as I have only just started cooking with a Thermy,  you do not mention the temperature to set the machine too.  As a result I ran my machine for 12 minutes only to find 2 perfectly uncooked eggs because I did not realise I had to set a temperature!
