Ingredients

6 portion(s)

  • 300 g Mango (Frozen)
  • 300 g Milk (frozen as ice cubes)
  • 50 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 50 g cream

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl, mix 10 sec/speed 6 with aid of spatula and then 30 sec/speed 10. Serve immediately.

    Easy, quick (at least in North Queensland during mango season when you have a freezer full of frozen mangoes!) and delicious. A perfect summer treat.  Don't forget to make your own condensed milk in the Thermomix too.
