      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.

     

    2. Place pepitas into mixing bowl & mill 10 sec / speed 9

     

    3. Add remaining ingredients & mix 30 sec / speed 2 Counter-clockwise operation

     

    4. Place mixture between 2 sheets of baking paper & roll out flat (5mm approx.)

     

    5. Peel off top layer of baking paper and score flattened mixture into desired shape.

     

    6. Transfer to a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

     

    7. Cool on wire rack and snap pieces off to enjoy!

    I added almonds instead of pepitas cos I didn't have any
    didnt make too many , might double recipe next time

    But watch them in the oven...they go from "golden" to "almost burnt" really quick...but still taste great!
