Ferrero Rocher

  • 500g Cadbury baking chocolate
  • 24 hazelnuts, peeled
  • crushed nuts
  • Nutella or Hazelnut Spread
  • ice cube tray with lid
  • pouring jug

Recipe's preparation

  1. Weigh chocolate into bowl

    Melt Counter-clockwise operation speed 0.5, 60degrees, 4minutes. Scraping the sides 1/2 way through.

    Pour melted chocolate in pouring jug and 1/4 fill ice cube slots.

    Add a hazelnut to the centre of each one and cover with 1tsp nutella. Top with leftover melted chocolate and nuts.

    Place lid on and refrigerate for 1/2hr to set
