If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place celery, onion, capsicum and zucchini in bowl for 3 seconds, speed 5
Saute for 3 mins, 100 degrees, speed 1
Add mince, water, worchester, bbq sauce, gravox and curry powder. Cook for 10 minutes, VEROMA, "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"
Stir and ensure mince is broken up. Cook for a further 15 minutes, 100 degrees "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"
Add frozen peas, carrots & corn - cook for 1 minute, 100 degrees "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"
Place celery, onion, capsicum and zucchini in bowl

I made this last night but only had 600g of mince...
I made this last night but only had 600g of mince and after reading all other comments decided to halve recipe ingredients also. It was nice but next time I will leave the full amount of curry powder in as well as full amount of Worcestershire sauce

I halved the recipe as I only
I halved the recipe as I only had 500g of mince and it was absolutely devine! Even better the next day on toast.
