I've made it twice now & both
I've made it twice now & both times it was a disaster. The marinade looked like a blackened mess & tasted awful once I'd cooked the chicken. The 2nd time I didnt' even bother putting it on the chicken it looked so bad.
Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I'm following the recipe exactly...
The "indenting of the '1'" is

The directions are not complete. Thermomix people, please make them correct and guessing takes enjoyment away from cooking.
"Mix chicken with sauce by placing into the TMX bowl on reverse speed soft and leave to marinade for as long as possible."
Also, indenting the "1" indicates that there is only one step to this recipe. In the classroom I would expect this text type to be done correctly by primary students and for them to indicate what the next step is. Where is the 2?
Children approved of the meal. Cooked covered in the oven and came out moist and enjoyable.
I doubled this recipe as I
I doubled this recipe as I was using 1kg of Chicken Thighs (with the exception of the soy sauce, I left that at 60g) and it was DELICIOUS! Will definitely be cooking this regularly....the kids needed a drink in between bites though (the sweet chilli was a bit too hot for them, but perfect for us adults )....
