If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place silicon moulds on a small tray or solid surface so they are easy to move to the fridge when full.

  2. In a glass or ceramic bowl add coconut water and gelatin powder. Stir and set aside to soak.

  3. Place chocolate in mixing bowl and heat for 3 mins, 60C, speed 2. Scrape down sides and ensure all chocolate is melted. Adjust cooking time if required.

  4. Add reserved gelatin mixture to mixing bowl and heat for an additional 1 min, 60C, speed 3. Ensure all mixture is an even consistency.

  5. Gently pour mixture into moulds. Once all poured, place in fridge to set for approximately 2 hours.

Tip

Silicon moulds allow the jellies to be removed easily. Alternatively the mixture could be placed in a small pyrex dish, or similar, and cut into portions.

Depending on the size of your moulds, it may be easier to pour the mixture into a pouring jug to easily distribute between the moulds.
