Lemon Berry Vodka Margarita's

  • 90 grams sugar
  • 250 grams Lemons, peeled & quartered
  • 300 grams Frozen Berries, Of your choice
  • 2 x 350g tray ice cubes
  • to taste vodka

Recipe's preparation

    Lemon Berry Vodka Margarita's
  1. Place sugar into TM bowl and mill for 10 seconds on speed 9.

    Add the lemons followed by 350g ice.  Slowly turn the speed dial to speed 10.

    Add the remaining ice after 20 seconds.  Use the spatula to assist in the incorporation of the fruit with the ice. Mix for 1 minute.

    Add 300g frozen berries and vodka to taste.

    Pulverise for 20 seconds on speed 9 or until desired consistency.

Tip

It is important not to overload the TM31 with all of the ice at once.  Process it gradually.

    Used about 200 grams of Rum instead of vodka and half strawberry half raspberry.
