  • 2 Avocados
  • 10 grams vanilla bean extract
  • 60 grams honey
  • 500 grams frozen coconut milk

Recipe's preparation

    Ice Cream

  1. Place all ingredients in TM Closed lid and blend until smooth, 1 minute, speed 9. 

    This does require some 'digging' with your TM spatula but it is well worth the effort.

I used Vanilla Bean Paste and half/half coconut cream/milk

    It is very different - and you do have to enjoy avocado tmrc_emoticons.;-) which I do, but the rest of the family wasn't so taken...

    Husband and kids did not like it at all, shame. Hope it keeps a while in the freezer. tmrc_emoticons.-)
