- 1 long red chilli, optional
- 2 spring onions
- 160 grams chicken breast
- 230 grams prawns, raw, peeled
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 75 grams ice cold water
- 10 grams plain flour
- 150 grams tapioca flour
Recipe's preparation
Place chilli and spring onion into mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec/speed 7. Set aside.
2. Place chicken, prawn, egg, white pepper, salt, sugar, baking powder into mixing bowl and mince 15 sec/ speed 7.
3. Add chopped chilli, spring onions and water and mix 1.5 min/"Closed lid" /"Dough mode" .
4. Add plain flour, tapioca flour and blend 10 sec/speed 8.
5. Heat oil in a fry pan, form dough using heaped tablespoon and fry until golden or cooked.
