Pizza Muffins

  • 150 grams plain flour
  • 2 teaspoon TM baking powder
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese, cubed roughly
  • 1/4 red capsicum dice
  • 2 tablespoon handful of sliced olives
  • 1 tablespoon basil leaves, fresh and torn
  • 250 gram Milk

Recipe's preparation

    Pizza Muffins

  1. Grate cheddar cheese on speed 9 for 10 sec.

    Combine all other ingredients on speed 6 for 10 sec.

    Spoon into 1/2 cup muffin tray.

    Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degres celcius.

    Very quick and simple. I added diced bacon and a couple of teaspoons of pizza spice to the recipe. Everyone loved them. I doubled the recipe and made in a large muffin pan then baked for around 25 mins
