Hi, I'm a new TM5 user and have had great results with most recipes but sadly this was not the case here. I followed the recipe exactly but the result was a gloopy inedible mass - entirely inedible and went in the bin.... Why would that have happened? It's my first attempt at a risotto in the TM and Im really disappointed - it was like glue! My family loves risotto and I thought the TM would be able to reliably make a good one !! please help!,,,

I'm going to try this. If I don't have any wine do I add more water or just leave it out all together?

  • Easy and yum, kids don't like

    Submitted by Dhishon on 26. October 2014 - 13:39.

Easy and yum, kids don't like peas so sub'ed with fresh corn off the cob, popped in at the same time as the chicken, still held its crunch. Kids adored this, they want me to make it every night! Had heaps of liquid,MIT bubbled over...has that happened to anyone else?

I've had great results with this recipe. I used less wine once (30g), and also added some sweet potato cubes instead of chicken. Thanks Luisa tmrc_emoticons.)
