- 20 grams olive oil
- 3 tomatoes, quartered
- 475 grams water
- 300 grams Aborio Rice
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable stock paste, or Chicken
- 500 grams chicken breast, diced
- 125 grams white wine
- 1 bunch asparagus, sliced
- 100 grams grated parmesen cheese

Recipe's preparation
1. Place leek and garlic in TM bowl and chop for 10 seconds on speed 7
2. Add oil and saute for 2 minutes, 100 degrees speed 1
3. Add tomatoes and chop for 5 seconds on speed 3.
4. Insert butterfly.
5. Add water, wine, stock and asparagus and cook for 5 mins at 100 degrees on reverse"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1.
6. Add rice and chicken and cook for 19 minutes at 100 degrees on reverse"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1.
7. Add parmasen cheese and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

I needed a quick and easy
I needed a quick and easy dinner tonight and this was a winner! I changed a few things as I didn't have everything. So no asparagus and no tomatoes but I added mushrooms and sauted with the leeks and also added some fresh basil at the end. DELISH!!

Made this tonight, I have never made risotto before. The kid's loved it! It was really nice, very easy and so filling. I didn't have any asparagus so I just left it out, and because I was making it for the kids I left the wine out and replaced it with more water and vegetable stock paste. It worked out beautifully.
