1 garlic clove

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onion, roughly chopped
  • 100 g Semi sundried tomato
  • 100ml white wine
  • 400 g Chicken Thigh Diced
  • 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
  • 200 g fettuccine pasta, snapped in half
  • 600ml water
  • 1 tablespoon vege stock
  • 100ml cream or evaporated milk

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Place garlic & onion inTM bowl chop 3 secs Sp 5

    Add sundried tomatoes saute 2 mins varoma sp 1

    Add wine, cook 3 mins varoma, Sp 1

    Add ckicken, mustard, fettucine or pasta of choice, water & stockand cream/milk.

    Cook 15 mins 100C Reverse Sp 1

Tip

 Can be rested in thermosever for 5 mins for pasta to absorb sauce

Serve with parma if desired

    Made this today to freeze. I didn't add the cream or any water or pasta . Will add cream when I reheat and cook pasta separately. Tastes very good now though. Next time I will try with the chilli that sounds good. Thank you.

    used smoked chicken and spiral pasta... though the pasta got a bit smooshed up it tasted delicious! thanks to this and the other similar recipes, a great midweek meal. all in ones are my fave.

    A nice flavour however I found cooking the pasta in the bowl with the sauce made the texture a bit gluggy. I would rather do the pasta separately and then put the sauce and chicken on top even though this defeats the one pot tmrc_emoticons.)
