Creamy Chicken with Sundried Tomato & Chilli

  • 40 g Parmesan cheese, Cubed
  • 1 small onion, Quatered
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 red chilli, (optional)
  • 100 g sundried tomatoes, Drained
  • 15 g olive oil
  • 500 g Chicken Breast Tenders, Diced
  • 100 g fresh cream
  • 200 g Sour Lite Cream
  • 75 g white wine
  • 1 tbsp TM stock concentrate
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano, 1 tsp if using dried
  • I tbsp fresh parsley

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Parmesan Cheese in TM Bowl. Grate for 8 secs on Speed 8. Set aside.

    Place onion, garlic, chilli and sundried tomatoes into TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7.

    Add oil and saute' for 3 minutes at 100 on speed 1.

    Add chicken and saute' on Varoma for 4 minutes on Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting

    Add the sour cream, cream, wine, TM stock concentrate and oregano and cook for 10 minutes at 100 on Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting

    Pour over your favourite pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and cracked pepper and garnish with parsley.

    Just made this recipe- delicious!! The whole family loved it.

    I only had thickend cream, so used 300mls of that and took off the MC for the last 2 minutes. Also used dry oregano. I let sit in the thermoserver with cooked fettuccine for about 5 minutes, and the pasta absorbed the excess liquid.

    Adding to my favorites and will become a regular. Thank you tmrc_emoticons.)
